How To Fix Starmobile Sky Stuck On Logo

 How To Flash Starmobile Sky Via SPFlash Tool
1. Download firmware and flasher.
2. Extract and open the files that you have downloaded. Open SPFlash Tool
3. Click Scatter-loading and browse MT6572_Android_scatter.
4. Choose firmware upgrade.
5. Click Download.
6. Wait until process finish.

    I have a starmobile diamond v7, do i need to enable the debugging to do this ? the phone can only load the starmobile logo... pls help
