Hard resetting Nokia XL Dual SIM is as easy as other Android Smart Phones. How? Follow instructions below.
Procedure:
1. Turn off the unit. Press Power On and Volume Up until you get into Android System Recovery.
2. Choose "wipe data/factory reset", then press power on shortly to do the process.
3. Choose "delete all user data:, press power on shortly again to do the process.
4. Finally reboot the phone. After rebooting, you're done.
