I have a Myphone aqua rio fun. it has the same problem. but when I tried to use the flashtool and followed the steps, it didn't work. Please help me

napa run mo ba yung flashtool? or hind sya nag run?
Napa run na po, di po mabasa yung phone ko. kahit yung mismong computer po, di mabasa ang phone. Nachacharge niya lang po ang phone pero kahit yung sd storage po di makita.

Ano po yung drivers? Yung pag run po ng flashtool nag click na po ako ng "download" then sinaksak ko na po yung phone ko. Nag charge lang po siya pero di po nag start yung download. walang lumabas na description ng phone sa lower left po ng flashtool

Natry ko na po hanap po ng hanap ng driver ang pc tapos mobogenie po yung napili. Pag open po ng mobogenie na detect po yung phone pero di ma browse ang files. Nakasabi po dun na kailangan daw po dun mismo sa settings ng phone about po siya sa usb debugging something po.
