I have here in hand this Android Smart Phone BS Mobile G800. I tried several Hard reset combinations but I failed. I thought it has a Hard reset combination. But there's non. So I decided to wipe it via Research Downloader free software. The files you need are Research Downloader vR2.9.7002, SC6820_Wipe_userdata.pac, and drivers. Me, I'm using WIndows 7 OS, so it will automatically look for the drivers for this Android Phone
How to wipe BS Mobile G800
1. Load the SC6820_Wipe_userdata.pac.
2. Click on settings and follow settings as shown in the picture below.
3. Click START. Remove the battery. Insert the battery. Press Volume Up, then insert the USB cable. Install drivers.. Take note, if drivers are not properly install the software will not run.
4. Wait for a few seconds until done. SMILE.
