After received a bone marrow transplant at the Medical City Former Solicitor General Frank Chavez had unfortunately suffered from infections and died of a stroke at 10 pm Wednesday. The Former Solicitor General had been suffering cancer since year 2009.
Frank Chavez became Solicitor General since 1987 to 1992, he was born in Bateria, Sagay, Negros Occidental on February 6, 1947. He graduated as Cum Laude in 1971 from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Laws degree. And he passed the bar exam in 1972.
