1. Press altogether: Volume Up, Volume Down and Power On button.

2. Press Volume Up button.

3. Press Power On button.

4. Select "wipe data/factory reset. Press Left Soft Pad to do the process.

5. Select "delete all user data". Press Left Soft Pad to do the process.

6. Reboot.
