Instructions:
1. Power off the phone.
2. Press Volume Down Button ang Power On Button untill you see few selections like shown on the image below.

3. Use Volume Down Button to select " Factory Reset". then tap on Enter.
4. Wait until finish formatting.

Hello Ariel. I did that procedure but it would not load the file it asked me if I wanted to erase user data. Pls help me. Thanks
