How To Flash Myphone A818i duo Using sp_flash_tool_v3.1248.0.96
1.  Download flasher tool and firmware.
2. Open Flash_Tool.exe and press scatter loading. 3. Load firmware named “MT6575_Android_scatter_mtd_DH.txt“. 4. Press firmware upgrade. 5. Power off the phone and insert USB cable, then install drivers.Note: All drivers must be installed. If not, the phone will not be detected. 6. Wait to detect the phone after installing all drivers. Then it will automatically start flashing. 7. Wait for the operation to complete. You are finish when the green circle logo appears. 8. Do the hard reset after flashing.   see images below:

How To Hard Reset MyPhone A818i Duo

Hi. Good evening. Today I will teach you how to hard reset MyPhone A818i Duo. You can compare it to other MyPhone handset that we have discussed. As what I've always told you, in hard resetting your cell phone you must back up first all important files. And the battery life of your cell phone must at least 75 percent of it's charge. If not, chances are, it can't hard reset you cell phone due to lack of battery charge.
So do the hard reset if you phone is on the status of "too many pattern attempts", pattern lock, stuck on logo and others.

How to hard reset MyPhone A818i Duo? Just follow instructions below.

1. Power off phone.
2. Press Volume Up, Home Button and Power button at the same time.
3. Unpress all buttons when you see the logo.
4. And when it gets to Android System Recovery use Volume to select the "wipe data factory reset" Use left button of the home button to run the operation.

5. The select "delete all user data"

6. If data wipe complete, reboot the phone.
