Below is a picture of Alcatel Onetouch T10 tablet.. Very easy to dismantle. Just unscrew all the screws, gently detach the LCD flex and touch screen flex. Unsolder the battery and speaker. And gently replace the LCD. This is my daughter's tablet. The LCD was destroyed due to dropping.
