Flashing Cloudfone Excite 402D will solve your problem whenever your smartphone stucked on logo, or keep on restarting.
1. Download excite 402d fs20130614 v12 firmware.
2. Copy and paste the zip file on your SDCard. Put your SDCard on your smartphone.
