I have in hand now this Android Cloudfone Thrill 430D, that has a lock code. My customer has forgotten the lock code. How To Hard Reset Android Cloudphone Thrill 430D

1. Power off the phone. Press VOLUME DOWN and POWER KEY together. Un-press it when the Cloudfone logo appears.

2. Using your volume key select "wipe data/factory reset", then press home key to do the process.

3. Select "delete all user data", the press home key to do the process.

4. Wait until the wipe process completed

5. Reboot the system.
