N-04c NEC MEDIAS Docomo is also an Android Mobile Smartphone and if I'm not mistaken this Android Smartphone is from Japan. Like other Android Smartphones most common issues can be fix by Hard Reset method.
How To Hard Reset N-04c NEC MEDIAS Docomo
1. Must Be Off. Press Volume Up, Volume Down, and Power Switch.
2. Wait Until Download mode appear. Then Press Volume Down System Recovery will Prompt.
3. Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset. Use Volume Down for Cursor And Volume Up for Select. You can see it below the screen.
4. Click Yes to delete all user data.
5. But before confirming it will need password for recovery. How? Take out the battery and look for it's IMEI at the back of the phone. See image below.
6. Now pay attention, "Take the second digit, then the last 4 and last 3 and the last 2 in the IMEI." As you can see on the picture, the digits are 5 0 6 7. So this is the password for recovery Screen Shots.
7. Enter your 4 digit password and it will prompt when your password is correct (just click "YES" to reset)
8. How to ENTER? Use Volume down to go to number 5, then press Volume UP. Use Volume down again to go to number 0, then press Volume UP. As so on as so forth.
9. Wait til finish formating.
10. Reboot the system.
