Minor Update For NCK CDMA Module v1.9 BETA Has Been Released

Another continues update for NCK Dongle. Let's determine what's this update all about.

Added QC Firmware Editor for CDMA

Extract and Replace Internal Bitmap and PNG Images with your own.

It can help you to put your own Logo or Wallpapers instead of those from Vendor.

Replace Images:

Select Firmware and click on Load.

It will list all available Bitmaps and PNG Images.

Select any Image from List, and replace with your own.

Extract Images:

If you want to extract all Images, check "Save All Imags to TMP Folder on Load" Check Box.

All images will be save to Applications TMP folder.

Restrictions:

Currently you can not replace images embedded in EFS Area. It will be supported later.

You can not replace an existing image with a larger one, either by Height/Width or by File Size.

This feature is in beta stage. Please try and post results. Better if you have JTAG device so that if you do something wrong, you can revert back. - by: Fast Unlocking

Unlocking Pantech P6030 Using NCK Dongle

Here is a guide and reference on hot to unlock Pantech P6030 lock on AT&T provider using NCK Dongle.

1. Open NCK Dongle software.
2. Click Calculator Tab.
3. Select brand.
4. Type IMEI found at the back of the unit.
5. Press calculate.
6. Finally put non-accepted SIM on the unit and it will ask you an unlock code. JUST ENTER THE CALCULATED CODE and you are done.

Alcatel One Touch 918N Unlock Via NCK Dongle

I haved successfully UNLOCKED my own Plan Dual SIM Alcatel Android One Touch 918N, SIM1 is lock in SUN Cellular Network. I used NCK Dongle to unlock it. And here's how:

1. Open NCK Dongle Alcatel Android MTK Tool.
2. Choose correct model.
3. The unit must be off. Click read codes and insert USB cable.


4. Install drivers. Browse at C:\NCK Dongle\NCK Dongle Alcatel Android MTK Tool\Drivers\Alcatel USB_CDC Drivers\WinXP_Driver.
5. Detach USB cable.
6. Click READ CODES and reinsert usb cable.
 And you're DONE!
