How To Hard Reset LG-E720

Good afternoon guys. I have here in hand LG E720 asking for google account again. Or the popularly known as TMPA. According to the student that owned this hand set, she miss many attempts in entering her lock code. That's why the hand set end up with asking google account or "too many patter attempts" appear on screen.

Do you know how to solve this? I've searched over the net, and I found that the hard reset procedure is Volume Down, Home Button and Power On. But to tell you frankly, it doesn't work. I've tried Vol Up, Home and Power On, but still NO LUCK! Finally I tried pressing altogether Volume Up, Volume Down and Power On for few seconds, and finally got this image below:

next procedure is to select Yes -- delete all user data. and use power on to do the process of resetting.

Cherry Mobile Flare S100 Hard Reset Procedure, How?

Hi, I am here again. I have posted a while ago on How To Hard Reset ZTE Z992 Android Smartphone, but now, I have in hand this Android Smartphone Cherry Mobile Flare S100. The customer sair that she got 6 wrong atgtempts in entering her security code or lock code, that resulted in "too many pattern attempts", also known as TMPA like the image shown below.

 Hard resetting this cell phone is the same as that of ZTE Z992, but there is only a little bit difference. I will show you how. The procedures are as follows:

1. Press at the same time Volume Up and Power On for longer seconds. If you see greens creen do not unhold or unpress the keys untill you see the red screen.
2. Unpress the keys when you see the red screen, and will show you the recovery mode options.
3. Select "wipe data/factory reset", and press power on to run the process.
4. Select "delete all user data", press power on to run the proccess.
5. After the process, reboot the phone.
6. Wait for a few seconds, and now you are done.

How To Hard Reset ZTE Z992 with two key combination

ZTE Z992 is also an Android Smartphone with 4.1 version of Android. It has Stereo Bluetooth, WiFi with 2 MP CAmera with video record and has 32 GB expandable memory.

Like other Android smartphones, it can hard reset with just a two key combination. I will show you how.

1. Press Volume Up and Power On at the same time.
2. Unpess the two key if you see the logo.
3. Selection will come out.
4. Select "wipe data/factory reset". Use Volume Down to select it and Power On to perform the action.
5. Select "delete all user"
6. Reboot the system.
7. After rebooting, wait for a few seconds, it stuck on logo, but after few seconds it will ask you to set up the phone.
8. After setting up, you are done :)

That's how simple....

Debranding Samsung M110s to Samsung i9000

Last Saturday, I discussed to you the meaning of Debranding right? This time I will let you show how to Debrand a cellphone. Example is Samsung M110s debrand it to Samsung i9000.

First and foremost is you must download the file M110s_2013_Final. It's on the google. Don't be lazy to ask always on uncle google. All my tuts are almost spoonfeeding. You must also take effort on searching for your file:) After downloading. Second is that you must also have your flasher. To be specific, you must have Odin 1.85.  So let's start.

How to flash using Odin 1.85
Now, open Odin 1.85. Click on PDA tab and browse SHW-M110S_GT-i9000_OS2.3.6_VN_2013_Final.  Before clicking the start button, you must put the unit into download mode. How to put it into download mode? That's your problem anyway..hehehe.. I'm just kidding.Very simple. Just press the HOME button and POWER ON. You will see the download image below.

Then insert USB cable and install drivers. Note, you must install all drivers, otherwise, the Odin flasher will not run. You will notice if the drivers have installed successfully because the Odin flasher will show the correct comport that will be using, and the color is yellow like you see below. The finally press START.

After flashing with Odin, power on the phone. Don't be surprize, because your cell phone has finally became Samsung Galaxy S i9000 :)

O+ 8.36 is a chinese Android cell phone. It is one of the cheapest Android cell phone in the market. Cheap but with great features that a user will be satisfied.Specification of this Android 0+ cell phone are the following:

Hard resetting O+ 8.36 is the same as other Android units. I will tell you how. Just follow instructions below. Phone must be off. Just press both VOLUME UP and POWER KEY. Unpress both keys when you see the android logo with triangular shape colored red with an exclaimation point.. Follow instructions in the image below.

use left button to perform the operation

select delete all user data

operation has completed

after rebooting, the unit should be ok now

Samsung S5230W DEADBOOT, fixed by RIFF JTAG

Good rainy day to all of you guys. Today I will show you how to resurrect Samsung S5230 using Riff JTAG.
We have discussed yesterday about deadboot. And I was able to explained with you what is deadboot all about and the cause. If you want to review what is deadboot just go to this link, What is DEADBOOT?

Ok lets proceed. Our example here is the Samsung S5230W. The status is deadboot. It can't be powered on, it can't put into download mode, can't detect by PC. In short, it's dead. But on the boot area only. It's not totally dead.

So in repairing a deadboot handsets, you must dismantle the unit. Refer to the Riff Box Software, see the pinouts. After dismantling, solder all the pinout. Be carefull not to make a short on the pins. You can see on the image below the picture of the pinouts. Then after you soldered the pinouts, from the software, choose the correct model. The you need a usb cable for the handset. Me, I use my 2 in 1 RJ45 USB cable. Insert the usb cable to PC. Insert also the USB cable to to unit. Then from the software, just press RESURRECT! And after a seconds the software says, "resurrection complete". That's how easy and powerfull the Riff JTAG was.

After resurrecting, assemble the unit and proceed to flashing. You must expect that after the resurrection operation, the unit can now put into download mode for updating it's firmware. So it is needed on firmware updating. How to put into download mode? Please go to this link to know how to put into download mode.
You will now flash the unit using Samsung downloader v5.65. Just see image below.

After flashing, power on the phone. Then, the phone must be ok now :)

How to unlock Pantech P7000 Using a free software

Thus free software i used was created by on of the best progremmer and GSM Master Darmiles of the gsmsandwich forum. Many Pantech units are supported on this software. This is very easy to use and very
safe. You just need to select the specific model, and type serial number, then hit calculate. If the nck code is calculated, put a non accpeted simcard on the unit and press unlock then enter the calculated nck code. As simple as that :)

How To Hard Format Nokia 6260

I have here series60 Nokia 6260 in hand... I will teach you how to to hard reset using the so called 4 fingers.
Take note this procedure is not applicable on a dead phone. It is applicable only on hang problem, nokia logo only and auto restart or contact service problem. If it will not solve the problem we will need a special gadget to reprogram the unit...

Here are the procedures:
- Power off the phone.
- Altogether press * 3 call button and power on
- Unpress when you see the word "formatting"
- Wait until done.

How To Hard Reset Samsung i607

Recently we have learned on how to hard reset Samsung Galaxy S4 i9505. And now you will learn on how to hard reset Samsung Windows Mobile i607 by just using your fingers.

1. Power off the phone.
2. Press NAVIGATION KEY UP and POWER ON.
3. Press number 1.
4. Press letter Y. It will show formating.

How to hard reset Samsung Galaxy S4 i9505

Here is how to hard reset Samsung Galaxy S4 pattern locked.

1. Put out battery. Wait for few seconds.
2. Insert battery. Be sure the unit is not powered on and vibrated.

3. All together press Volume UP, Home Button and Power On. When you see samsung logo, release all keys.
4. Choose wipe data partition. Just use volume key to navigate it. And power button to select it.
5. Delete user data.
6. Restart/reboot.
7. You are done.
