Android 8GB mid-2330-S share hang on android logo done by livesuitpack_1.11

My customer arrived this morning with her Android Share mid-2330-S 8GB. It stucked on android share logo. Its chipset is A13 I've tried to hard reset it using a free software available but no luck. Why? Do you know why? It's because the usb debugging of this android was disabled before it
